How to Set Up Chase Mobile App

Step 1: Download the App

Here's how you can download the Chase Mobile® App:

Step 2: Sign into Account

After downloading the app, log in with your Chase login or Touch ID.

If you need to change your Chase user ID, follow this step-by-step guide.

Step 3: Register Your Device

Select "Request an identification code" and how you want to receive it (email, text or phone call). Then enter the 8-digit verification code and your password.

Voila! Now you're done and ready to use Chase Mobile!
