To form a domestic LLC in Michigan, you must submit the Articles of Organization to the Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs (LARA).

The $50 filing fee covers the administrative costs.[1] Processing time is up to 4 weeks if sent via mail and up to 2 weeks for online filings.

Veterans can create an LLC for free.
