Logging into Ally Invest

  1. Head to www.ally.com/invest
  2. Click "log in" in the top right corner of the page
  3. Make sure "Bank or Invest Login" is selected
  4. Enter your username and password

Forgot Your Username or Password? You'll have a few options to recover your credentials. First, click on "Forgot username or password" at the bottom of the login page. At the very least, you'll need to enter your Social Security number. If you remember your username, enter it as well. This allows Ally Invest to ensure that it's you requesting the information.

You'll then have the option to have your password hint via email or text. If you still can't remember your password based on the hint, you may request a new password. Ally will first send you a security code before you can take this step. This is all to protect your identity and prevent fraud.

  • Ally Invest Managed Portfolios: If you prefer to have your investments managed for you, you'll need at least $2,500 to open a managed portfolio. Your investments are then automatically monitored and rebalanced based on the information you provide regarding your goals and risk tolerance.
