How to Choose the Best 0% Introductory Purchase APR Credit Card

You know you plan on carrying a balance and that a card with a 0% introductory purchase APR is right for you. But which one? Here are three factors to consider:

Flexible Payments
If you plan on making a large purchase and want to minimize the interest you’ll be charged, look for a credit card with the longest 0% introductory APR on purchases. Many introductory periods last for 6 or 12 months, but some are up to 18 months long.

Extended Warranty
If you want the peace of mind of an extended warranty on eligible items, use a credit card with extended warranty benefits. Read our guide on Buying, Repairing, Operating and Financing Home Appliances for insight.

Earn Rewards
If you want credit card rewards, it's hard to beat cash. Look for a 0% intro APR credit card with cash back.
