As a Chase Sapphire Reserve credit card holder, you'll have access to concierge services and "experiences," if you choose to take advantage:

  • Visa Infinite Concierge: This 24/7 concierge access helps you get hard-to-make dinner reservations or score the hottest tickets to plays or sporting events. You can also use the service to arrange flower delivery, equipment rental (for business trips), or to get the latest scoop on events in the area you're traveling to.

  • Chase Experiences: Chase Experiences give Sapphire Reserve cardholders access to VIP access at concerts, photo ops with celebrities, and special sporting event opportunities. The events are limited to a specific number of cardholders and change often, so it's worth checking back periodically.

How to Contact Customer Service

Chase provides Chase Sapphire Reserve customers with several methods to contact them, including 24/7 customer service either online or over the phone.

  • Contacting Chase by phone: You can call 1-800-432-2117 any time of day or night. If you are calling from outside of the United States, please call 1-302-594-8200.

  • Contacting Chase by mail: If you have general correspondence, you can mail it to:

    Card Services
    PO Box 15298
    Wilmington, DE 19850

  • Email Chase: Chase doesn't provide a direct email address for clients or potential clients to contact them. If you are a current client, though, you can log into your account using the above method and send a secure message. You'll find this option in the menu (the three horizontal bars on the left side of the page). You'll compose an email within your account. This is also where you will receive the response.

  • In person: Chase has more than 5,100 branches located throughout the United States. You can use their Chase locator to find your local branch. All you need is a zip code, address, or city/state name to find the Chase closest to you.

Additional Ways to Contact Chase Sapphire Reserve

Like many other companies today, you can also find Chase on various social media sites. Keep in mind that you'll be following Chase in general, not specifically Chase Sapphire Reserve. • Twitter: Chase has a Chase Support Twitter feed dedicated to answering your questions Monday-Friday, 7AM-11 PM and Saturday/Sunday, 10 AM-7 PM. You can also follow Chase on Twitter for their general feed.
