Contacting Chase via phone or the secure message center within your account are the most effective ways to contact Chase Sapphire Preferred. They do, however, offer a few other ways to get in touch with them:
- Facebook: You can click here to follow Chase (general) on Facebook. If you wish, you can contact them via private message on this page as well.
- Instagram: Search "Chase" in your Instagram search bar and follow them. Once you follow Chase, you can send them a Direct Message in your app. This is general Chase customer service, though; it isn't Chase Sapphire Preferred direct.
- Twitter: You can find Chase on Twitter, where you can get updates and tips as well as contact their general customer service on their customer service Twitter feed.
Bottom Line
Your best bet to get in touch with Chase Sapphire Preferred is to call the number on the back of your card. If you haven't applied for an account yet, what are you waiting for?
