Citi CashReturns MasterCard

If you are more interested in receiving cash back for your credit purchases instead of air mileage or reward points, the Citi CashReturns MasterCard is a good choice. Designed for the above average credit customer, this card provides actual cash back after certain conditions are met. But there are no set credit limits and no limits on the amount of cash back you can earn. Each time you accumulate $50 in cash back, Citi will send you a check – and all of this comes with no annual fee and a 0% Annual Percentage Rate (APR) on balance transfers for the first year. The APR for purchases is variable based on your credit “tier” but can be as low as 9.99%. If you need to transfer a high rate balance, this card is a good way to do it.

The cash back program offers you 1.2% for every dollar you spend on the card for the first year, which is a very high rate of return. After the first year, your cash back is 1% on each purchase. Another benefit from this card is the Citi Bonus Cash Center, a collection of over 400 retailers. If you make purchases with your card through the Cash Center, you can earn up to 5% cash back. You can even use the CashReturns card to pay regular bills, which are also eligible for the cash back rewards. Once you’re approved, you can choose your monthly due date, which adds an extra level of convenience.

The CashReturns card offers several value added benefits. First, you’ll receive extended warranty protection, which means that you can extend the manufacturer warranty on major purchases for an additional year. Not only this, your major purchases are also eligible for retail purchase protection, which provides you with no worries over malfunctions for the first 90 days. If something goes wrong with your purchase during that time, you are protected.

Security is an important benefit in today’s virtual world, so the CashReturns card offers you zero liability on unauthorized charges. In addition, you are eligible for travel assistance, including medical or legal help, translation services, and lost luggage reimbursement with this card. If you rent a car using the card, you are automatically enrolled in a rental insurance program, which means less hassle at the car rental desk. Cardholders also have access to Citi’s Identity Monitor program, which provides you with a constant watch over your credit condition and no worry about identity theft.

With worldwide recognition, a lucrative cash back program, and numerous other benefits, the Citi CashReturns MasterCard is the perfect card for above average credit customers who want to earn money on their credit card purchases.
