The Travel Benefits of Blue Sky

By using your Blue Sky card when renting from Hertz rental cars, cardholders can receive up to 20% off their rental charges. If you are in need of an SUV, Blue Sky cardholders also can take advantage of a low daily or weekly rate from Dollar rental cars. Both discounts are easy to use and have discount codes available through the American Express website.

The versatility of the Blue Sky travel rewards and savings programs also provides many opportunities for discounted travel packages. Travel points towards the rewards program can be earned on all purchases made with your Blue Sky card. The points are then redeemable on travel arrangements made which can be any airline, rental car, hotel or cruise ship. Blue Sky also has partnerships with multiple companies for deeper discounts such as Norwegian Cruise lines. One of the major benefits of Sky Blue is that the points are good for any flight on any airline instead of only a single carrier or during a specific window of time that never seems to coincide with a good vacation opportunity. This is a very unique and valuable benefit offered by Blue Sky.

Added Savings and Benefits

For card users choosing to maximize their benefits from the Blue Sky American Express card, the versatility of no expiration dates on your point accrual can be a big bonus. Blue Sky also offers no point maximums, allowing card users to accrue the optimum amount of points towards their desired travel location.

American Express also offers Blue Sky card users the availability of the Global Assist Hotline which provides emergency assistance including legal, medical or even financial for card users that are more than 100 miles away from their residence. And for all those souvenirs and travel shopping you may have done, American Express protects your purchases. For the first 90 days of any item purchased with the Blue Sky card, buyers are assured their item is protected from damage or theft. This valuable buyers insurance feature along with the Global Assist Hotline are both included for all Blue Sky Card holders.

Blue Sky card holders will also appreciate that the introductory annual percentage rate is 0% for up to 12 months along with no annual fee. The travel advantages offered by Blue Sky are extensive and provide users an extraordinary amount of versatility with low fees, a wide range of travel discount options and flexible travel rewards points redemption opportunities. For anyone that is already a traveler or for someone that wants to be a traveler but needs discount travel opportunities, the Blue Sky card is a perfect option.

If you are someone who hates Annual Fees, and like to travel this is the card you want. What is nice about Blue Sky from American Express is you get points for traveling, and on everything else. It makes you wonder why we even use cash anymore. American Express is one of the best cards to apply for, especially if you are a traveler. My parents take their everywhere with them, but mostly use it on their vacations. All of their kids are adults now, and they have more free time. At first they just use it for when they went on vacations, but now use it on everything because they get 1 point per dollar. I was actually surprised to see how quickly their points added up. They use it on gas, groceries, all their home improvements, and of course vacations! This card is great for anyone who, but if you have older parents I highly suggest it for them. My parents pay their balance off each month, but their points still stay there!
